SYNOPSIS
To develop a key art execution that celebrated the stellar cast

THE ADVENTURE CONTINUES
THE BRIEF
The eagerly awaited next instalment in the Dune saga brought with it a stellar lineup of Hollywood talent, introducing new characters alongside the already iconic faces fans had fallen in love with.
The challenge was set to create campaign art and activation ideas that celebrated this immense cast against the backdrop of the story's evolution. Exploring landscapes, soon-to-be memorable set pieces and legendary narrative pillars, 20ten built a strategy centred on the relationships at the heart of our story, intertwined with fan favourite conversation surrounding the sand worms.
We created immersive campaign concepts using different spaces to add layers of narrative to the launch, ultimately leading to these 2 elements being fused to create the international key art. A rich visual expression balances the 2 sides to this conflict, giving everyone their moment whilst connecting them all to each other.
The final execution was used globally. The US took it as an exclusive for their screen-x partnership, with the rest of the world using it as a piece of launch art in their campaigns
The final execution was developed, finished and delivered by 20ten’s in-house studio, ensuring the core idea was included at every stage.

2 SIDES TO EVERY STORY
From early development, using the colour palette to highlight the 2 facets of the conflict was key to the concept.

AN EYE FOR DETAIL
The final execution was conceived, built and finished by the in-house team at 20ten. Balancing all the palettes and details to bring the concept to life.
From initial sketched concepts to the final finish, every detail was considered to deliver a final piece that showcased the richness of the world at the heart of the story and the balance between the two sides of the conflict, combining the sketching and on-screen talent to create a composition that reflected the cast and story equally.
