ROLE: CREATIVE ARTWORKER
We are looking for a Creative Artworker and 3D Visualiser to support the studio with the production of print ready and digital artwork for window displays, POS, posters, large-format graphics, leaflets, booklets, press web, OOH and the ideation and creation of concepts for both campaign artwork roll outs (including language versioning) and creative pitches.
Responsibilities:

Re-purposing of approved key visuals or design assets across different touch points ensuring they meet both brand and creative requirements, by communicating with both Creative and Client Services teams.

Producing original designs, layouts or 3D visuals for production or conceptual approval.
-
Executing client amendments to artwork and layouts as accurately as possible ensuring the QC process is followed, and version control is maintained.
Requirements:
-
A high level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Cinema 4D. Plus fully Mac literate with understanding and experience of electronic file transfer, and final file delivery to a correct specification.

Thorough knowledge of preparation for print and the printing process, an understanding of colour management, and the implementation of specific colour profiles.

Ability to create polished and accurate Cinema 4D visuals, either at a conceptual level for creative pitches, or from finished flat artwork to assist final client sign off.

An understanding and experience of design for POS and the challenges that it entails. Including working with and creating/amending and interpreting cutter guides.

ROLE: MIDWEIGHT CREATIVE IDEATOR
We're looking for a seasoned creative ideator who is an excellent storyteller to work on one of our biggest accounts. You will be working closely with the client and our creative teams to drive "game changer" campaigns for the agency.
Responsibilities:

Building creative narrative solutions for content executions, delivering visually exciting and designed presentations that can be used as proposal documents for our clients. The concepts need to show clear narrative structure with key content beats built around intended executions with a focus on building a story.

Working with the studio senior team to manage the creative stewardship of output – from vis IDs, to overseeing short and long form post production content development

Contributing to agency pitches with a fresh and innovative approach.
Requirements:

A creative doer, problem solver and storyteller dedicated to crafting entertainment-first content with the ability to create both concise concept proposals with a strong visual bias to showcase storyboard and scripting where appropriate.

A good understanding of platforms and what media works best on each platform and what the potential limitations there might be for content.

Skilled in channel best practice, with a passion for (or willingness to embrace) content verticals such as music, fashion, art, videogaming and motorsport

ROLE: SENIOR DESIGNER
We're seeking a hands-on Senior Designer that is looking to step up into an Art Director role in the near future, you will have chance to work on exciting projects with some big name clients. To be considered for this role you must have prior experience in the entertainment space.
Responsibilities:

Ideating and creating designs for various marketing channels, including social media, web and print

Managing multiple projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines

Working closely with the creative director and client services team to ensure that all designs meet the project requirements
