ROLE: MID-WEIGHT DESIGNER
We are looking for a mid-weight designer with good all-round graphic design experience. Working as happily within photoshop as building bespoke type lockups and logos the role will be working across all areas of the business and all of our key clients. A strong design eye, understanding of compositions and colour are a must and know more than a handful of go-to fonts.
Responsibilities:

Develop original and creative solutions to client’s briefs, working alongside the senior teams to deliver best-in-class executions across all sectors.

Working across traditional print, design for AV and social campaigns, not restricted by technical ability – to design for each format regardless of skills to execute.

Deliver inspiring executions and contribute to the overall output of company proposals both individually and as a team.
Requirements:

High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (to include good photoshop comping skills)

Strong Graphic design skills (colour/typography/composition/social expressions)

Creative problem solving – being able to adapt to different inputs and flexible enough to explore all potential solutions.

ROLE: SENIOR DESIGNER
We are looking for a senior designer with a strong entertainment background, highly proficient in building entertainment key art, brand development and an understanding of designing for motion including style framing and storyboard concepting. An expert eye for composition, colour grading and typography is a must combined with a want to flex your creative muscles across multiple strands of work.
Responsibilities:

Creation of original design solutions to client briefs both individually and through working with the junior team.

Owning projects individually to ensure work hits a certain standard, keeping senior team updated with progress of visuals and presentations.

Bringing an experienced approach to delivering varied work across all sectors to ensure we remain fresh in every response.

Exceptional photoshop and wider Creative suite experience – especially in building compositions, colour application and typography.owcase storyboard and scripting where appropriate.

Confident and articulate – happy to present internally and externally to help sell the creative solution.

ROLE: JUNIOR DESIGNER
We are looking for emerging talents that show a passion for the sectors that we work in and a clear design flare. Experience is less of a concern than designs and creative that stands out and is made to be looked at. Whether fluent in 3D or a lover of a Bezier curve we want to hear from someone who likes the idea of getting their teeth into Graphic design, marketing social and AV for the entertainment industries and some of the largest brands around. A good base of photoshop and typography that goes beyond one font and some templated solutions is also required. Break some perceptions and make us stop and take notice!
Responsibilities:

Work with the studio design team to develop creative solutions for original creative, social and AV executions.

ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER FMCG
We are looking for a project Manager with 3-5 years’ agency experience. The role is focused on our consumer goods accounts and will take in executions that include, but not limited to, partnership campaigns, retail activation, campaign origination and roll-out, social and digital content creation. An understanding of the retail landscape (grocers) is beneficial but not essential, but an understanding of the multiple consumer touchpoints is expected.
Responsibilities:

A client facing role that will require direct client correspondence and maintain client relationships through campaign delivery.

Shaping and planning, with the help of senior stakeholder, of project timelines to ensure prompt and realistic delivery timelines and accurate resource expectations.

Trafficking the agencies response to briefs and subsequent builds/amends.

ROLE: ACCOUNT EXEC ENTERTAINMENT
Working predominantly in the film & TV and gaming division of the business, the account exec will work hand in hand with the client services and project management team to support in delivering best in class work for our clients. The day-to-day running of assigned projects will form the basis of the role displaying initiative in problem solving to ensure the smoothest of project deliveries whilst understanding when senior involvement is needed.
Responsibilities:
-
Proactively managing assigned projects, ensuring appropriate budget utilization is maintained and resource is planned accordingly.
-
Engaging senior team for project sign off where applicable.
-
Ensuring QC process is followed by all teams within the project development and at each stage.
-
Helping client services to establish project timelines and monitor progress to stay on track or communicate challenges.
-
Manage day-to-day comms with clients – including submission of updated proposals and costs, and establishing a trusted relationship.

Create studio briefs in line with the company template and work with the studio manager to assign appropriate resource and plan in deadlines for review with senior stake holders.

Where applicable, build campaign reports for both internal and external review to establish the success of a response.
Requirements:
